Hi everyone! Welcome to our most exciting year yet! Our New Year’s Resolution for 2010 is to provide YOU with the absolute best dance experience possible! We plan to do this by giving you:
- smaller classes, with assistants in every class so you get more attention and can learn faster;
- more instructors, with even greater collective knowledge;
- more variety of dances and times (you’ll notice we’ve added a new location!)
as well as continuing to bring you tons of great music, and other options for learning , such as performances, workshops, private lessons and amazing dance tours overseas – phew!

PRIVATE LESSONS
One of the best ways to fast track your dancing! Individual attention allows you to work on personal technique, style, more advanced material, new dances etc - all the things that make you a great social dancer.
Flexible times available, weekdays and weekends.
Private Lessons
Single/Couple - $60 / $70 per hour. Buy a block of 4 lessons and get the 5th one free! (offer available once only per student/couple).
THEN - Get 10% off any block of 5 or more lessons.
Semi Private Lessons
If class times don’t suit, or you’re interested in doing other dances, get your friends together and organize your own group at a time to suit you. Prices available on request.
SALSA PRACTICA - Thursdays
Have a meal, buy a drink, chat with friends - or just dance! 3.5 hours of non-stop music - 70% salsa, 30% latin variety! Come along to practice what you've been learning in class, dance with different people, and have a great night out. Everybody welcome, regardless of level or where you learn.
Come and practice your tango to a mix of Nuevo, Electronica and Fusion, with a spattering of Traditional music to keep you grounded :) We aim to provide a space where you can create, experiment and play with your dancing. For beginners through to advanced.
Every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month we bring you Zouk Revolution, a whole evening to learn and practice Zouk Lambada - be part of the new wave - Everyone Welcome!
When: 6.15-7.15pm Zouk Lambada Drop-in Class - good for complete beginners and those who've danced for less than a term. And: 7.15pm-8.45pm Zouk Lambada Practica - practice everything you know with a variety of people, and teachers on hand to help. Where:The Basement! Friday nights are all about you getting the practice and reinforcement with your dancing that will ensure that the next time you head out to a ball, club, dance etc you will be able to get up and confidently dance without stopping.
1st and 3rd Friday - we play mainly Merengue, Salsa and Argentine Tango
2nd and 4th Friday - we play mainly Rumba, Cha, Swing, Foxtrot and Waltz
Any 5th Fridays - will be Super parties. Keep an eye out for details as they come up!
